To our first CMP Newsletter!
Firstly a big thanks to all our customers, friends and family who have been so great in supporting us, what a journey we’ve been on so far.  CMP is turning 3 in June and together with our super talented team we are excited to be offering new classes and ideas.

Painter of the Month

This fantastic plate was painted by Lynne Griffith.  We love the sponged moon effect and the simple silhouette is so effective.

Janine Healy’s awesome cheese platter won her February Painter of the Month.  Well done to both ladies, your next glaze firing fee of $9 is on us. 

New Technique

We’ve got some very cool new techniques and one of them is an Italian style technique called Spolvero.  We held a class on Sunday 18th March.  With the use of charcoal and stencils, you can make some fabulous designs and then colour them in.  It’s really that simple.

Adult Night Time Painting

Our first adult night time painting for the year was held on Friday 16th Feb. This was a free style session and we also showed participants the marbling effect which was super fun and with such great results.  Thank you to all for joining in, we love seeing all your creations. 
The next adult nighttime event is Thursday 22nd March at 6-8pm whereby we’ll be showing people the Paris plate idea.  Check out our website for further details and to book a seat. It’s BYO drinks and nibbles and together with a friend or two, it’s a great night out!

Mum & Me

These events are such fun mornings!  Singing along to the Wiggles and seeing all those happy faces all having a ball creating their masterpieces, it’s just great.  These sessions are scheduled a little earlier at 9 am and are aimed at mums with preschool children and bubs that would like to hang out and catch up with a friend or just simply enjoy some time with their little ones. We can also assist you with hand and footprints and turn them into presents and treasured keepsakes.

Easter Holidays & Upcoming Events

They will be here before you know it so plan ahead and book your seat. We also have some great kids clay and painting classes scheduled each weekday from 2-4pm. Check out the website for examples and further details that your children will be creating.  Spaces are limited so book in soon.
